We work on prepay terms however if you are new we recommend starting from a small payment first to get some test credits and see how the gaming system works BEFORE your commit to sending consistent payments for points reloads. Simply ask your Play Home Games representative to guide you through.

If the gaming system issue can not be resolved through troubleshooting, then you and your Play Home Games distributor:

Once you contact us your distributor will:
- Help you find the Gaming System(s) that work for you.
- Gather information to help you apply for Mapping (if required).
- Send you account login information to the gaming system.
- Provides information on purchasing points for each gaming system.
- Make sure you start earning money.
It is that simple. In most cases account approvals take up to 24 hours so you can start to generate revenue right away!
Mapping is when the gaming manufacture approves or denies a location for the use of their Gaming System. Most Gaming Systems have a restriction on how close internet cafes can operate to each other while others don’t. Mapping is a requirement from the Manufactures. Average is 24-72 hours on business days to get the approval.
A Gaming System is a complete suite to manage the promotional gaming side of your business. It includes:
- Point of Sale – To manage your Sales, Deposits, Redemptions, Reports, etc
- Gaming Suite – A mobile, desktop and internet browser apps with a complete fleet of games all with the unique features and design
- Jackpot Display – A special set of prizes in addition to normal game prizes
Net Revenue is the Dollar amount you are left over with after all prizes have been redeemed. Example: If a business has $100 in sales, and $60 in prizes, then you are left with $40. In this scenario, the Net Revenue is $40.
Hold is the Percentage you are left over with after all the prizes have been redeemed. Example: If a business has $100 in sales, and $60 in prizes then you are left with $40. In that scenario the Hold is 40%.
Factors that can have an impact on raising or lowering your hold are:
- Gaming System chosen
- Promotions
- Redemption policy
- Customer Type
Over two weeks or so the hold will level out, but expect a varying hold from high to low in a day to day basis. Most systems average between 30-50%.
Winnings are determined by the next prize in the prize pool. The prizes are already created and set in order. The order is unknown, so no matter when and how the games are played, the result will always be the same.
Now, what makes this a little tricky, is that sometimes some customers will win, then reinvest their winnings to keep playing, this is called a win to play customer.
Each Gaming System uses a different Prize Pool so therefore will have a different winning ratio. Some system winning ratios are:
- High Volatility – Infrequent Wins, and biggest amounts
- Mid Volatility – Mid Wins, and mid amounts
- Low Volatility – Frequent wins, and smaller amounts
Depending on your customers, you may want a system that has a specific winning ratio. Ask your Play Home Games Representative for suggestions.
NOTE: These systems do not have Algorithms, or any RNG. Only Prize Pools are used.
How customers win and what they win is the most important part of any gaming system. The software companies have figured out what setting works best with their software and want to keep the winning percentages with the algorithm they have already identified as the most successful.
Some gaming systems have an option to adjust this. Please reach out to your Play Home Games representative to get the best system with an optimized winnings ratio for your business.
It’s pretty easy to understand in practice though a little tricky in theory. We recommend learning how this all works along the way to get the idea.
A store owner purchases points, basically the number of sales his store can do. Example: A Store owner invests $100 for 400 of points. The points are what the Store Owner sell and redeem to your customers. If a customer purchases $20 from you, then 20 points are removed from your points balance of 400. The customer then plays out the points. Each game is different, every spin or move costs the player points. When your customers win a prize they can either continue playing until no points are left or redeem their winnings. So let’s say one of your customers choose to redeem 5. The store owner would redeem the customer the 5 points and the system would then add 5 to the existing balance in the store owner’s bank of points.
(Starting points) 400 – 20 (sale) + 5 (redeemed) = 385 left in credits.
Promotions are features built into the different Gaming Systems. Promotions are designed to give your players freebies. If you use one of the built-in Promotions, the Gaming System does not charge for the use. Here are some of the Promotions available:
- Free 100 – This awards a free amount of points to a player’s account. Usually no purchase is tied to this
- Cashback – Awards extra points to a players account if they reach a minimal balance without redeeming
- Bounceback – Purchase Promotions such as 500 credits for free for $20 purchase per day.
- Referral Programs – Rewards customers for bringing you other spending customers
Promotions do vary from Gaming System to Gaming System. Not all Promotions are the same from system to system, or available on each Gaming System.
If you use promotions that are built into the system, then you are not charged for those points. It’s effectively for free.
If you choose to give points to your players by doing your own promotion (one that isn’t built in), the manufactures do charge for those points.
All our software accounts are free of charge. No upfront costs or ongoing maintenance costs.
We only charge you for the points reloads to each Gaming System. Please contact us for rates. Some Systems offer volume discounts.
NO. There is no Back Office or Setup fee associated with any of the gaming systems we distribute. The only costs involved are what the manufactures charge. **
